NEW!!! Parents/ Teachers/ Ex Students (High School)

Saturday Stroke Correction/ Fitness Class

Maybe you have always wanted to learn to swim or perhaps you just want to improve your skills under the supervision of qualified coaches.

The aim of this class is to provide an environment where parents can develop beyond their current swimming ability. For some this will mean water confidence and learning key swimming strokes. Others may need stroke correction or simply a chance to build up stamina to swim laps. Swimmers of similar skills will be in lanes together. Read more here and book here

Masters/ Open Water Squad

One hour of strenuous training swimming between 2 and 4kms per session. Appropriate for parents, teachers and ex students (High School). Attendance is up to you...come once week or 5 times a week. Read more here and book here

Yellow Ducks Swim Club

Yellow Ducks Swim Club meets every Friday night from 5pm. All children enrolled in the Squads program are welcome to join in the fun!

Seahorses on Saturday

For our younger swimmers Seahorses club meets every Saturday from 3.30pm until 5pm. It is very social with free swimming time for about half an hour either side of the timed races.

Seahorses is a free, social swimming meet run by parents on Saturday afternoons 3:30pm to 5:30pm during school terms, whilst the pool is open. This is a chance for LPS families to enjoy the pool. Providing an opportunity for fun and for children to improve on their personal best times.

Timed swimming is run for an hour, depending on the number of timed swims. Children have approximately half an hour of play either side of the timed swimming.

Seahorses 2009-10 Season Start

The Seahorses swimming season will open during term 4 (start date to be announced). For those new to LPS – come and give the pool a try. All welcome, K to 6. The temperature is great, even for parents. Timed swim occur for the middle hour, with fun and games to start and finish. Each swimmer requires a swimming cap and don’t forget sunscreen.
