About Us
The Visual Arts Committee organises the painting of the Year 6 Murals that are on permanent display around the school premises and which are created by LPS year 6 students each year.
The Committee is also responsible for the sale of signature bears at the end of each school year. In the past few years, the Committee has created Christmas cards and a calendar based on art work by the students.
Current projects include the repainting of the K-2 playground, and the design of a mural for the 3-6 area to compliment that in the K-2 area.
When needed, the Visual Arts Committee supports the P&C’s Social Committee in its projects; most recently this included the LPS Art Auction.
